Naturalism is not a dismissal of faith, but a demand for evidence equal in strength to the size of the claim.
The faithful claim that God exists outside of natural reality, and thus cannot be explained by science. They conveniently forget that their holy books say that God is perfectly capable of entering the natural world, yet he hasn’t touched the natural world since the time of Jesus.
It is no coincidence that miracles happened less and less as humans got better at documenting events.
Lots of things cannot be ‘proven’ by science, yet the vast majority of people just live by faith. Even those who believe scientists , do so by faith! They dont go about duplicating their research , but accept it in good faith! Years later it may be proved to be wrong, but they still believe and act by faith in the scientist!
